It is an extension of our Terms and Conditions and is designed to ensure transparency and trust with every purchase.
Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% refund if any of the following apply:

You cancel your subscription before your prescription has been written by a Sprout Health clinician.

You are determined clinically ineligible for your selected treatment during the intake or review process.

Our medical team recommends an alternative treatment that you choose not to proceed with.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

Your prescription has already been processed and shipped.

The current month’s subscription cycle has begun and medication has been dispatched.

You have already received services, such as clinician consultations or lab processing, related to your subscription.
Prescription Medications
Due to federal regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any prescription medications—even if they are unused or unopened. If you have leftover medication or are authorized for a credit, please follow the FDA’s guidelines for safe medication disposal.

Refunds: All prescription medications are non-refundable.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Orders: If your shipment is damaged, lost, or not delivered, contact us within 48 hours at help@joinsprouthealth.com. Include your order number, tracking number, and photo evidence (if applicable). If approved, we will issue a credit to your original payment method and ship a replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds or Credits
If you’ve been approved for a refund or credit but have not received it, please take the following steps:
