Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a 100% refund of your membership fee if:
- You cancel your membership before a clinical consultation or medical review has been performed
- Following a clinical evaluation, a provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you
- You choose not to proceed with the specific clinical plan recommended by your provider during the initial consultation
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued if:
- A prescription has already been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment and processing
- The current membership cycle has begun and the fulfillment process for that period is underway
- You have already used clinical services, such as provider consultations or lab diagnostic processing
Prescription Medications
Due to federal and state regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed by the pharmacy – even if they are unused or unopened.
- Refunds: Once a medication is dispensed, it is non-refundable
- Shipping Issues: If your shipment is damaged, lost, or not delivered, please contact us within 48 hours at support@joinsprouthealth.com. Include your order details and any available documentation. We will work with the pharmacy and carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement shipment.

Processing time: Allow up to 5-7 business days for cancellation processing. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has been processed will take effect in the following cycle.
Pausing Your Subscription
If you’d like to temporarily pause your subscription instead of canceling:
- Contact support before your next billing date
- We can pause your subscription for up to 3 months
- You can resume anytime during the pause period
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been notified of a refund but have not yet seen it reflected in your account:
- Review your bank or credit card statement for “pending” transactions
- Contact your financial institution, as processing times vary by provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- If the refund is still not visible after 10 business days, contact us at support@joinsprouthealth.com
