At Sprout Health, we've designed our refill process to be simple, secure, and clinically sound, ensuring you never miss a dose while keeping your care personalized and medically supervised.
When to Request a Refill
You’ll be eligible to request your next month’s prescription after your third dose in the current cycle. This allows our medical team to monitor your response and dosage needs effectively.
What Happens Next
Once you submit the refill request via your Sprout Health portal:

A licensed clinician will review your submission and health progress.

If everything is in order, your next 4-week supply will be processed and shipped.

You’ll receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.
Ineligibility & Refunds
If, during the clinical review, you're found ineligible for continued Semaglutide treatment, or if a different medication is recommended for safety reasons, we will issue a full refund for that cycle, no questions asked.
