Clinical Support (Medical Questions)
Contact your clinician for: - Questions about your treatment or medication - Side effects or adverse reactions - Dosing questions - Prescription changes or refills - Medical concerns
How to reach your clinician: - Log into the medical portal - Send a secure message to your provider - Your clinician will respond within 24-48 hours during business days. If you are unable to reach your provider, please contact our support team at support@joinsprouthealth.com
For Emergencies
If you’re experiencing a medical emergency: - Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room - Do NOT wait for a portal response - After you’re safe, let your clinician know what happened
Emergency situations include: - Severe allergic reactions (difficulty breathing, swelling of face/throat) - Chest pain or heart palpitations - Severe abdominal pain - Uncontrolled vomiting or diarrhea leading to dehydration - Any other life-threatening symptom
Reporting Medication Problems
If you experience an adverse event or notice a quality issue with your medication:
- Contact your clinician immediately through the medical portal
- Report to FDA MedWatch:

- Contact the compounding pharmacy (information on your prescription label)

Response Times
- Customer support emails: Within 2-3 business days
- Phone support: Live during business hours Monday through Friday, voicemail after hours
- Clinical messages: Within 24-48 business hours
- Urgent medical concerns: Do not wait for a response from our physician portal, if you have immediate medical concerns, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
