About Your Prescription
All prescriptions for compounded NAD+ are issued by a licensed healthcare provider following a clinical evaluation. Prescriptions are filled by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy.
IMPORTANT: Sprout Health’s NAD+ protocol uses compounded NAD+ prepared by state-licensed pharmacies.
Compounded NAD+ is not FDA-approved. There is currently no FDA-approved injectable NAD+ product indicated for general wellness, energy metabolism, or cognitive support.
The FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness, or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed.
Refill Process
Refill eligibility is determined through clinical review.
- Monthly Plans – Subscriptions rebill monthly. A follow-up questionnaire may be required before continued treatment is approved.
- Quarterly Plans – Subscriptions rebill every three months. Additional clinical review may be required before subsequent shipments are authorized.
- Your provider may adjust your dose or protocol during refill reviews based on your progress and clinical needs.
- Medication type, dosage, and refill timing depend on clinical evaluation.
Dose or Protocol Changes
- Do not change your dose or administration frequency without your provider’s approval
- If your dose is changed, verify the new concentration and administration volume with the pharmacy before your next use
- Different refill shipments may contain different concentrations – always check the label on each new vial
